Our caregivers are the heart of White Glove Community Care. They provide care for our most vulnerable community who needs assistance, especially our seniors who most live alone. Weekly Pay/ Direct Deposit
We offer weekly pay so our caregivers can get paid easily through direct deposit so they can have money in their hands when they need it.
Flexible Scheduling
We know most of our caregivers have a family of their own to take care of, so we offer our caregivers flexible scheduling so they can work during the days and times that are most convenient for them! This also includes offering our caregivers cases that are closer to home so they can spend less time traveling and more time with their loved ones.
Flex Card
Our caregivers receive a monthly flex card that they can use on pharmacy purchases.
Free Health Insurance
We care about your health so we offer our HHAs and PCAs free health insurance so they can get the medical care they deserve. We also offer copay reimbursements for HHAs and PCAs as well.
Paid Time Off – Vacation Days – Holiday Pay (Time and a half)
We know our caregivers undergo a lot of stress, so we want you to practice self-care and make sure to take the time off you need. We offer our caregivers paid time off, which includes vacation days. We also offer them time and a half holiday pay on the days they work during major holidays.
Tickets at Work
Who doesn’t love discounts? With Tickets at Work, we offer our caregivers access to exclusive discounts and vacation packages. This includes discounts to car rentals, hotels, and everyday shopping needs like home supplies. Ask your recruiter for details.
Referral Bonuses
We are always looking for caregivers to assist our communities. We offer caregivers the opportunity to take part of our referral bonuses just by recommending their friends to work with us!

We like to make sure our caregivers get all the support they need. We want them to be rest assured that we are always here for them with our 24/7 support line so they can easily report any issues they may come across during their shifts.
