How You Can Earn $200 with Our White Glove Externship Referral Program

You know what climbing a mountain with eyes closed is like?

That’s New Grad Nursing.

Every seasoned nurse was once a freshie in the field, learning life lessons on their own back.  But the path to proficiency has some hurdles, especially if you are in the dark, and don’t know to look out for them.  Many nurses graduate in May, they give themselves some time to breath and want to get settled with a suitable opportunity by August. The job search is dizzying for a first timer, who is clueless in which direction to fly the kite.

White Glove set a goal to support more than a hundred New Grad Nurses anchor a successful nursing career this August through our free Externship Training Program. The program offers a smooth transition to nursing, where we review and expand the skill sets of new grad nurses with hands-on experience to ready them for the real world.
