The process may vary depending on your insurance, but our expert intake team will handle everything and guide you through the process based on your insurance. The first step is to complete this form, and we will assign an intake representative to your case. They will assist you in gathering the necessary paperwork. Afterward, we will submit the information to your insurance provider for approval. Once we receive authorization, we will assign caregivers and begin your case!
White Glove offers services throughout New York, including the five boroughs of NYC and the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland, Westchester, Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster. Additionally, we provide services in New Jersey and Florida.
We consider your preferences and assign caregivers according to what will work well with the patient and family.
If you have any concerns about a caregiver assigned, please let your coordinator know, and we will find someone who is a better fit.
