CHHA Home Health Aide Job Requirements:
· Home Health Aide License (New Jersey)
· Eligible to work in the United States
· You MUST be certified in order to apply.
Job Description for the HHA, Home Health Aide:
All services shall be provided and performed consisted with the scope of Home Health Aides in the State of New Jersey.
· Adheres to the established client care plan.
· Assists with assigned personal care tasks as well as with ambulation and exercised.
· CHHA, prepares patient special diet if necessary as well as measures intake and output as necessary.
· The CHHA will demonstrate sound judgement in relationship to the care of the patient.
· Completes daily activity record and accurately documents the care provided.
· Capable of providing an aide within 48 hours of receiving a request.
